Sain Born Pretty Storelta taas kokeiluun tuotteita, ja ekana kynsille pääsi tämä upea Starry Nail Foil-kynsifolio. Folioilla saa supernopeasti näyttävät kynnet, ei tarvitse kuin laittaa kiinnitysliimaa ja sen kuivuttua foliot päälle. Tämä kimaltaa aivan upeasti auringossa ja liukuväri on todella kaunis. Omat kynteni ovat niin lyhyet tällä hetkellä, että piti valita joko liila tai keltainen kärkiin, mutta toimii mielestäni hauskasti näin. Foliota riittää rullasta vaika kuinka moneen manikyyriin ja hintansa puolestahan tämä on ihan ilmainen!

I got some products from Born Pretty Store for a review, and first I tried this gorgeous Starry Nail Foil. You get amazing looking nails in no time with nail foils, you just need adhesive, let it dry and pat on the foil. I really love how this glimmers in the sun and gradient is so lovely. My nails are very short at the moment so I managed only to get either yellow or purple on the tips, but I think it works like this as well. You get foil for many manicures and it's almost free!

Rainbows

Sain Born Pretty Storelta kokeiluun tällaista upeaa sateenkaarilasinsirufoliota. Se on livenä aivan mahdottoman hieno kun kynnet hohtavat kaikissa sateenkaaren väreissä, mutta tunnetusti noita upeuksia on vaikea saada kuviin... Tässä kuitenkin parhaat yritelmäni. :) Pohjalla on China Glazen Crimson, joka on oikeasti todella tumma viininpunainen vaikka näyttääkin kuvissa mustalta.

I got this gorgeous rainbow-shattered glass-foil from Born Pretty Store for a review. My nails look absolutely wonderful when they hit the light as they shine in all the colours of the rainbow. Of course it doesn't show well in photos, but I did my best... :) Base is China Glaze Crimson, which is really a dark burgundy, not black as it seems in the pictures.

Foilings

Folioita ei olekaan paljoa blogissani näkynyt ja tämä onkin toinen kerta kun niitä kokeilen. Tilasin eBaysta kasan jotain halpiksia ja ne tulivat tällä viikolla. Halusin kynsille jotain värikästä ja näyttävää, ja lopputulos onkin sateenkaari-ilottelua China Glazen Liquid Leatherin päällä. Livenä näyttävät vielä hienommilta, värit eivät loista kuvissa yhtä eloisina kuin luonnossa.

Foil is the technique I haven't been using a lot. I ordered a bunch of cheap foils from eBay and they arrived this week. I wanted something colourful on my nails and the end result is this rainbow mess on top of China Glaze Liquid Leather. They look better in nature, the vibrancy of the colours doesn't show in pictures as well.

Triangles

Sain Born Pretty Storelta testiin hologrammitarraa (minulla BKT-016), ja halusin laittaa siitä kolmiot kynsille. Pohjalla käytin Ciatén mustaa Unrestricted Glamia. Tarra oli tosi helppokäyttöistä. Leikataan levystä haluttu pala, irrotetaan päällysmuovi ja taustapaperi ja eikun kynsille! Minulla tunnetusti on näitä kohdistusongelmia, joten hiukka vinoon meni, mutta eipä se haittaa! Keksin vaikka kuinka paljon käyttökohteita tällaiselle tarralle, toimisi ranskalaisessa manikyyrissä, paloina tai eri kuvioina...

I got this holographic sticker (mine is BKT-016) from Born Pretty Store for a review and wanted to do triangles on my nails. As a base I used black Ciaté Unrestricted Glam. Stickers were very easy to use. You just cut the desired shape, take off the plastic and back paper and put on nails. I always have problems putting things straight on my nails, so these are not complitely aligned, but who cares! I can think a ton of places to use this sticker, it would be great on french manicure, different pieces or shapes...

Snowflakes

Sain Born Pretty Storelta testiin tällaista limihiutalefoilia (mikä ihme nail foil on suomeksi?!) ja vihdoin ehdin testailla sitä. Sopivasti tänään satoi lunta, joten kynnet ovat hyvin ajankohtaiset. :D Musta ja hopeahologrammi sopivat tosi hyvin yhteen, ja mustahan Suomen talvi on viime aikoina ollutkin... :D

I got this snowflake foil for a review from Born Pretty Store and finally had time to test it out. It snowed today so the nails are current as well. :D Black and silver holographic image go well together and we have been having a black winter so far here in Finland, so... :D
